Western Feather Hat Band - Stellar – Willow Lane Hat Co。This is a beautiful black felt wide brim hat in a Western style. The flat top medium crown is surrounded by a wide, stiff brim. There is a grosgrain band around the crown which ends in bow at the back. There are 3 red lacquered feathers emerging from the bow area. There is also a hat pin attached, which has a red felt head. A thin grosgrain band is attached to the inside of the hat which is supposed to be a \"chin\" strap (versus the elastic bands that vintage hats typically feature and are supposed to help hold a hat in a tilted position). This strap has a small metal ring to tighten or loosen it. Printed inside the hat: LANCASTER 100% WOOL There is no designer label, indicating it was a custom-made creation. Please keep in mind that you are buying a vintage hat, not new nor perfect! This is an authentic piece of fashion history! This hat is in wonderful vintage condition & has been lovingly preserved among over 1300 vintage hats we have collected for 40+ years.
