Vintage 60。Black Felted Fascinator Hat With Hat Pin Such an elegant hat! Perfect accessory for your vintage ensemble, a cocktail or tea party, or just to look stylish! Found in an estate sale and felt compelled to give it a new life. Felt hat pin included. Possibly vintage. Possibly made of velour felt--the word after \"imported\" seems to say velour. I thought this hat might be from Milliner Diana Cavagnaro, but I\'m really not sure. If you know anything about this hat, I\'d love to learn more. Condition: The ribbon inside the hat has some spots where the thread is gone and needs to be resewn, pictured in the second to last photo. The thread is a little loose on the felted detail. The braided detail on the outside of the hat, as well as the hat itself, is in good condition. No rips or stains. Dimensions: External measurements: 8” x 8.5” Internal measurements: 6” x 7”// 18\" circumference (roughly) Depth 2.5- 3” deep (sits high on the head) ?
